The first time I ever ate banana split as a dessert was at the Pizza Hut in my country, Indonesia, after I have finished my meal. It was delicious and mouth-watering. In addition, I felt that having a banana split is a healthy choice because we could consume the healthy fruit of banana, and we can get some kind of vitamin D from the milk that was mixed inside. And don't forget the rest of the fruits that are tasty---such as strawberry and pineapple. Therefore, I've decided myself to share my ideas of making Banana Split as a healthy dessert,especially during summer time.
Ingredients
- 1/2cup scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/2cup scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1/2cup scoop strawberry ice cream
- 1large ripe banana
- 2tablespoons chocolate syrup (or Hot Fudge)
- 2tablespoons stawberry ice cream topping (or fresh strawberries)
- 2tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 2tablespoons wet walnut ice cream topping
- whipped cream
