Eating fresh and healthy noodle soup

Pho is a popular Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of noodles and meat. Pho is served in a bowl of white rice noodle in clean beef broth, with thin cuts of beef, chicken, meatballs, etc.The broth is generally made by bone beef and some chicken bones. Also, Discard ginger from broth and stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and salt to taste.The Noodle cut from wide sheets of fresh rice noodles.The dish has green onion white onion,coriander leaves, lemon,and bean sprouts. The last five items are usually provided together on plate, Furthermore, there are some sauces like pepper, fish sauces, and chili garlic sauces, for adjust the soup's flavor. I have video and some pictures to show how to make noodle soup, how delicious they are.

Nutrition information : I think that pho is very healthy. The broth is light and doesn't have much in the way of oils or fat. The meat is usually lean and a good source of protein. The herbs, bean sprouts, lemon/lime juice, chilis are full of vitamins and minerals like A, B, C, E, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, and more. The rice noodles are even pretty good too, they have quite low calories by weght depend upon the type and decent amounts of fiber.
