Exercising at work

Do you ever feel like you're too busy to go to the gym? Or feel unhealthy because you sit in an office for eight hours? Well here are a few tips on how you can exercise at work in your cubicle!! Although it's not a substitution for running or going to the gym, it will help you to keep your body a little more active during those slow days at work.
