I found an interesting website that talked about the dietary habits of college students and offered suggestions and hints to avoid the pitfalls of the "freshmen 15". I never heard of this before! I could have used this information a long time ago!!!! (The "freshman 15" refers to the pounds gained by freshmen away from home for the first time, and/or leading a more independent lifestyle eating out with friends, eating the junk food of heavy-duty study sessions, etc.).
