Time seems to fly right by which leaves families very little time to sit down at the dinner table and enjoy a meal together. I found several websites that provide anyone who is interested in free meal planning advice and I would like to share just a few of my favorite recipes. The website for healthy-quick-meals includes everything that a person could ask for. It provides meal planning and time saving tips. I have found that a lot of time families get caught up in their busy lives and barely have time to sit down and plan a meal. Sometimes people quickly revolve their dinner times into frozen goods and microwaveable meals, but little do they know that there are very quick and easy recipes that are simple to follow and very time efficient. I usually refer to the Internet as my cookbook and I have fallen in love with many of the recipes I have used. These recipes are so delicious I would consider them as our family recipes. We have printed out and adopted many of the easy to-do recipes into our cook book at home. I picked out a special recipe from this website that I found very impressive. It’s a very basic recipe and it even mentions how kids love Parmesan Quick Chicken. I love it because it's easy to do and it leaves you with only a few dirty dishes.

Parmesan Quick ChickenParmesan Quick Chicken

Preheat oven to 305F/175C

Combine in a shallow bowl

½ cup butter, melted

1tsp Worchestershire sauce

½ tsp Garlic powder

Combine in shallow bowl:

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp dried parsley

Dip 6 chicken breast, boneless and skinless, into butter mixture, then into crumb mixture

Place chicken in a single layer in a baking pan

Bake for one hour or until no longer pink inside See it's easy and it's something the whole family can enjoy! I was also able to find a really easy and delicious dessert... It's fairly nutritious.

Warn Fruit Crisp Warm Fruit Crisp

Preheat oven to 375 F

Put 6 cups of berries into a baking pan

Drizzle 1/8 cup of maple syrup of honey

Mix together in a bowl:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup flour

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp allspice

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp salt

1/3 cup butter, melted

Spoon oat mixture over berries

Pat down firmly

Bake 35 to 40 minutes

This is a very easy to love recipe and it warms the tummies of your loved ones. It's a great way to finish off a perfect meal. So I hope I was able to convince many of you that it is easy and essential to cook a meal for your family. Not only is it a good idea to sit down and enjoy some home cooked food, but it will also be nice to take some time out of your busy days and enjoy each others presence. A good trick is to plan meal ahead of time and lucky for you, the internet makes this a simple task. Cooking should be enjoyable and not considered a chore. There are so many fast and simple ways to provide a good meal for you families and I strongly encourage anyone who finds themselves using the microwave several times a day to take a quick look at what this website or even some of these websites have to offer. It is very crucial for a growing child to get the proper nutrition and sometimes the frozen meals or a drive thru can't satisfy. I understand lives are in a time crunch, but there is time for cooking when you find the right recipe.
