This is a vegetable soup my mother taught me. Vegetables are a source of many important nutrients to our body. In a daily intake we need a minimum of 3 servings of vegetables a day. It can be hard to keep records, so I think it is a good idea to eat a vegetable soup. You can add what you really like and what you really need all together to give you the daily servings you need. My vegetable soup makes that happen. The Ingredients you need are the following.
1 cup of carrot 1 1/2 cups of pasta
1 large tomato 1 large potato
1/2 cup of beans 1/2 hot peppers
2 cups of spinach 1 1/2 cups of kidney beans
2 L (liters or quarts) of water
2 tbsps olive oil
